Albert T. Kelley – President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Kelley joined the technology team in June 2001 and founded the company in February 2002. He has more than twenty-five years of global senior management and lead investor experience in the healthcare and medical technology industry including senior positions as President & CEO at Applied Fiberoptics, COO at General Orthopedics, Vice-President of International Operations at Biolink Corporation, Vice-President of Marketing and Sales at Zoll Medical Corporation and Director of Marketing and Sales at Catheter Technology Corporation. Zoll Medical (NASDAQ:ZOLL) was described in The Wall Street Journal as one of the most successful IPO’s of 1992 and Catheter Technology, a start-up, was sold to Bard (now Tyco-NYSE:TYC) for 60 times earnings. Mr. Kelley has a BA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. Mr. Kelley was a founding board member of the Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council (MassMEDIC).

 

 

 

 

Bernard Maury - Executive Vice President and Treasurer

Mr. Maury joined the technology team in January 1999 and the company in February 2002. He is responsible for managing the engineering and technical operations of the Company, including supervision of support and service activities. Previously Mr. Maury was the President of Marison Information Systems; a company engaged in marketing and implementing information technology systems to governmental and corporate entities in West Africa. From 1996 through 1997, Mr. Maury was Vice President of CGI-Systems, an IBM Company. He was responsible for developing and establishing the Lotus Notes practice of CGI-Systems in North America. The practice specialized in the development of groupware and e-commerce applications based on technologies such as Lotus Notes, Domino, Internet and Networking. From 1979 to 1996, Mr. Maury was employed by CGI-Informatique and by its U.S. subsidiary, CGI-Systems, in a series of successively more responsible positions beginning as Systems Engineer and Project Manager, advancing through Technical Manager and Director of Client Services Division to Vice President of the Northeast Division. As Vice President Northeast Division, Mr. Maury developed a substantial Lotus Notes practice for CGI-Systems, which he continued to expand under the IBM umbrella after IBM acquired CGI-Systems in 1996 and subsequently acquired Lotus. Mr. Maury was educated in France, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Arts et Metiers in Paris.
