Using the OpenMed system
is a key business decision for our customers. It is our aim to ensure that
trusting clinical data to OpenMed Technologies should at all times be a
safe, reliable and secure choice for our customers. Our success depends on
making OpenMed Technologies a safe bet. To ensure customers of our
commitments, we try at all times to keep in mind that:
- We believe that agreeing to
what can be delivered, and then delivering on that agreement is a
primary goal. Our objective is to have every customer be an evangelist
of OpenMed Technologies.
- Customer service is
everyone's job. It is not just the job of the customer service and
support groups. Our customer service and support staff will take
responsibility for customer advocacy and will 'own' any customer problems
providing timely information and communication, but every department
in the company is committed to customer service.
- We will not mistreat our
customers. Doing business with OpenMed Technologies will be the best
decision that our customers can make.
- Taking care of existing
customers is more important than getting new customers. That means
that if we have to choose between making an existing customer happy
and signing a new customer, we will make the existing customer happy.
